Bullhorn and Greenhouse are excellent at workflow — applications, pipelines, paperwork. Bob is built around matching: parsing CVs and JDs into structured data, then ranking with a five-stage pipeline that's explainable end-to-end. Many teams run Bob next to their existing ATS rather than instead of it.

Bob is sold standalone per recruitment company — your data stays in your tenant. AI calls go to Mistral, OpenAI, or Gemini (configurable per client). EU customers default to EU-hosted Mistral. Every prompt and decision is logged for audit; no candidate data is used for model training.

Recruitment AI is classified as high-risk under the Act. Bob ships with audit logs, human-in-the-loop affordances, candidate-visible explanations, and a documented pipeline — the four pillars compliance teams ask for. We provide a pre-filled Annex IV template at signup.

Yes. Every job in Bob has a weighted scoring profile — skills, experience, education, languages, knockouts. Recruiters set weights once per role family; the LLM tier respects them. You can also override any rank manually with a logged justification.

Bob is €490/month for the standalone install (single tenant, unlimited users, 5,000 candidate parses included). Volume above that is metered. Self-hosted, on-prem and BYOC are available for enterprise. Pilots are 30 days.

Most teams are matching real candidates against real jobs within 48 hours. Migration from existing ATSes (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Recruitee, custom) is included in onboarding.
